About the Aviatrix studio

Aviatrix is both the game and the studio. Founded in 2022 around a single crash title, it won the EGR B2B Crash Games Supplier of the Year award in 2024 and has spread across Africa through Odibets, Betika, Hollywoodbets and Spotika.

Timeline

  • 2022. Studio founded. On 20 October 2022 Aviatrix announced the release of its crash game with an NFT-based loyalty programme: planes owned by players, transferable between operators, customisable by colour and parts, with daily tournaments and raffles.
  • 2023. Distribution deals including QTech Games for Asia and St8, which described Aviatrix as the only crash game where you can own an NFT of your plane.
  • 2024. Games Global added Aviatrix to its PLUS aggregation platform in June. In July Aviatrix launched in Kenya with Odibets; in August it signed with Betika; in November it launched in South Africa with Hollywoodbets. The studio won Crash Games Supplier of the Year at the EGR B2B Awards and Game Provider of the Year at the AffPapa iGaming Awards.
  • 2025. July: partnership with Spotika for Kenya, Zambia and Tanzania.
  • 2026. March: Aviatrix Second Chance released, RTP 97.5%, as the second title in a connected game line-up.

What the studio does differently

The founding idea was to treat a crash game as a platform rather than a one-screen product. The studio says it used AI analysis of thousands of casino games to decide which engagement features to build in: player-owned planes, levels, network tournaments, daily cashback, in-game free bets and seasonal events. Operators can brand the game, down to the flag on the runway.

The NFT element was designed to be invisible to players who do not care about it, which is why most Kenyan players experience Aviatrix simply as a crash game with a customisable plane.

Distribution and partners

Aviatrix reaches operators through aggregators (Games Global PLUS, St8, Slotegrator’s APIgrator, QTech) and direct deals. In Africa its named partners include Odibets and Betika (Kenya), Hollywoodbets (South Africa) and Spotika (Kenya, Zambia, Tanzania). Responsible gaming

The studio states a commitment to responsible gaming in its operator materials; the tools players use (deposit limits, self-exclusion, time-outs) live at the operator, as Kenyan law requires. Responsible gambling in Kenya.

Not to be confused with

Aviatrix is also the name of a cloud-networking company, of a word meaning a female pilot, and of several unrelated media titles. None of them is connected to the game.
